Ingredients
- 3 cups Chickpea flour (Besan)
- 1 table spoon Black Pepper powder
- 1 table spoon Baking Soda
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup Food Oil
- 2 cup Water
- 1 table spoon Asafetida (Hing)
- Food Oil to fry
Receipe
- First take chickpea flour in mixing bowl.
- Add salt, soda, pinch of Asafetida(hing) and black pepper powder, food oil and water in the flour.
- Knead the dough. Make dough soft and place on to frying spoon.
- Take pan and heat food oil at medium flame.
- Press frying spoon to make papadi gathiya.
- When papadi gathiya become crispy, take out to dish. And sprinkle black pepper powder and Asafetida (hing).
- Enjoy the delicacy.
