1. They eat more than what they need.
2. They sleep after they eat.
3. They like sweets even with dishes.
4. They like soft drinks or artificial fruit juice.
5. They eat a lot and exercise hard.
6. They love fast food.
7. They eat a lot before they sleep.

These are just the some of the things. If you noticed that these are the same habits that you've. You might want to change it to lose a few weight. This is not only to seem good but to stay 'healthy'.
