Answers have to be top notch and high quality but above all, original!

As impossible as it sounds, it is every bit true. They have a dedicated Forum for interactions and discussions with fellow members. Although, usual posts won't earn you anything but there are active discussion contests on burning topics that allow you to participate and earn money(upto Rs 250 or $4).
Other sections include a Jobs section where you can post genuine job openings and earn money. There is question paper section that pays you for uploading question papers and what not.
New sections are introduced with time and new ways of earning money are added to the site in a regular manner.
