- Go Start Menu > Type in the Search Box or Run Box - Regedit
- Click upon HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
- Click System > CurrentControlSet > Services > USBSTOR
- In the rightpane, Right click in fable to Start Key > Click Modify
- Change its hexadecimal value from 3 to 4 > Click OK.
- Restart the computer > Now Done
