There is a wide variety of formats you can use for streaming video. The idea itself became very popular in the last few years and more people tend to use streaming every day. So far, there are multiple other methods for the video to be streamed, but to differentiate between them was not needed due to they were not used as much.

To define streaming, we could say it’s a way of transferring a video between the sender and the supplier in real-time. To describe it differently you could say that the data are sent continuously either on-demand or live to the user to start using it. And it’s an easy task as the internet never stops working.

There is a wide variety of methods of capturing video for streaming on the internet. One of the easiest ways of streaming is to install a software to allow this. Some of the methods will allow the streamed videos to be downloaded, also it can be sent or embedded into blogs or sites, which is pretty popular these days, by giving you a hyperlink to embed it.

The TV is considered also a venue for streaming, not just the internet, as it is full of channels that contain live streaming videos waiting for the viewer to choose and watch. To capture this video streaming it is also an easy task, many people might capture it using the video recorder on video cassette, and now on DVDs with progression of technology.

Some people find it important to capture the streaming videos.
