Relax. Take control of your emotions. We all cry and that's usual but sometimes
we're so frustrated that we make the problem 1000 times bigger.
Go in a place with a good friend. Just make it, fist you don't want to go and you just feel bored but then with nice company you'll really feel much better and confident.
Spend a little time with someone of your family and discuss anything. Just to remind yourself that you have people next to you who care for you and you'll never be alone.
