Best things to do when your unhappy



Relax. Take control of your emotions. We all cry and that's usual but sometimes we're so frustrated that we make the problem 1000 times bigger.



Go in a place with a good friend. Just make it, fist you don't want to go and you just feel bored but then with nice company you'll really feel much better and confident.

Spend a little time with someone of your family and discuss anything. Just to remind yourself that you have people next to you who care for you and you'll never be alone.
