Hot Chocolate Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup full cream milk
- 1 can condensed milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
Mix together 1 ½ teaspoon
grated dark chocolate, 1 ½ teaspoon
grated milk chocolate and 1 ½ cups cocoa powder plus 2 teaspoons sugar. Add
this to the warm milk and stir the ingredients well until the chocolate has
fully dissolved in the milk.
Next add a few drops vanilla essence/extract and remove the
hot chocolate from heat. Strain into a mug/mugs and top with whip cream or
sprinkle some cinnamon and enjoy.
